Our entry-level plan starts at just $8.99 per month, which includes 100 minutes and 100 text messages per month, one local US number, and unlimited user accounts! For more minutes, text messages or numbers, simply upgrade your plan in a few easy clicks on your dashboard.
To upgrade your plan, simply go to your user dashboard and add as many minutes or messages as you like. For full transparency, we will always show you the additional monthly cost before you confirm your upgrade.
Yes, Callplicity is available as iOS and Android apps and can be used on all devices, both mobile and desktop.
Certainly! Local numbers cost an additional $1.99 per number, while toll-free numbers cost $2.99 per number.
Users without a phone number assigned to their account will not be able to access the app calling features. The apps require a phone number to be assigned to the user which is $1.99 per month.
Free user accounts are typically suited for users who will not use the apps but will use mobile numbers and/or landlines to receive calls. Free user accounts could also include account administrators who are responsible for setting up, monitoring and/or managing the company’s phone system but won’t be using the actual system.
Our drag-and-drop flow creator makes it a breeze! Just click on your flow, select the desired action, add it to the flow, connect it with other actions, and set up the necessary iterations.
You can host dial-in conferences for up to 100 participants, which is usually sufficient for most of our clients. If you need to add more users, just let us know.
